Kitchen Knife Initial Sharpen by Hazuki Sharpening

Kitchen knife sharpener Nari-san operates Hazuki Knife Sharpening, and visits the JTA workshop one day a week (usually Tuesdays) to work on knives belonging to his clients in the area. 

For a small extra fee, Nari will take your new JTA knife and bring it to the best edge possible. This will add some extra time to your order, and your knife will usually ship on the Wednesday after your purchase.
