The JTA Loyalty Program rewards our customers with points, which can then be redeemed for discounts on our website, or in person at our workshop or at trade shows. Just a small way of saying thank you.
You can earn points by;
Spending your points
100 Points = $1
It can all seem a bit convoluted, but as an example, if you place an order worth $100, you will earn 500 points. That equates to a discount of $5 off your next order. If you also sign up to our newsletter for another 250 points, that's another $2.50 off.
To redeem your points, sign in to your JTA account or click on the rewards app icon on the bottom of your screen while browsing our site. Once our system recognises you, you will be able to see your points balance and choose how many you would like to redeem.
Once you have chosen how many points to use, you will be emailed a discount code that will deduct the appropriate amount from your cart as you go through the checkout with your next order.
JTA Rewards Points currently have no expiration date. They can be redeemed in small increments or all at once.
We turned on the program that manages the Rewards Points about October last year (2022). This means that, if you've placed an order with us over the last few months, you should already have a balance of points to use. After poking and prodding it a little bit, we are happy that it works and so can spread the word.
Unfortunately, we don't have a way of allocating points for orders before last October. Most of our customers have been with us for much longer than this, so please accept our apologies for not being able to tally up those points.
