Description

The Shave File Series by Tsubotake are suitable for both soft and hard materials with minimal clogging thanks to it's special coating and deburring process.

Special technology is used to sharpen the file marks, eliminating small scratches and creating a uniform surface, and a special coating is applied (high-hardness surface finish). Since cutting materials are difficult to penetrate and clogging is minimal, the file marks exhibit excellent cutting material removal properties and corrosion resistance.

The file teeth are sharpened and made free of small scratches using special technology, resulting in a uniform surface, and are further treated with a special coating (high hardness surface finish).

Intended Usage: Ideal to use Carbon materials, plastic (FRP), woodworking products, engraving wax, aluminum die-casting, copper, brass casting, stainless steel, mold materials

Durability: Tsuotake believe the Shave file range last 3 to 6 times longer than regular files, with a surface toughness of Hv900. 

Choose between three different profiles - flat, half round and round.
