A superb knife

Delivered within two days. This knife has been an absolute saviour because it was ordered when the only knives available to us absolutely blunt. And I mean blunt. The santoku is heaven to use. It cuts through vegetables and meat without effort; safe because it is so sharp that it cuts as it is directed and there is no possibility of it sliding off and cutting the operator's hand.

First off, I'd like to mention that I purchased the Tadafusa Santoku Knife 165mm at around 3:30pm and it arrived the next day. Incredibly shocked and impressed at the shipping and processing time of the order. The Knife is incredible, great 11 year anniversary present being that the object is Steel.
