This peeler features a sharp stainless steel blade that performs as well with soft and waxy fruit as it does with vegetables.

The curvature of the blade conforms to most foods, allowing you to remove more skin faster and leave behind the flesh of the fruit or vegetable you are preparing.

The ergonomic handle remains comfortable in the hand during lengthy tasks. 

To wash, simply rinse under cold running water and dry - or pop into the dishwasher.
