A julienne peeler affords you beautifully fine slivers of your fresh ingredients at a level of consistency that is impossible to achieve with a regular blade.

Shimomura's Japanese-made stainless blade is beautifully sharp and produces glossy, crisp julienne slices. 

The stainless steel is easy to clean by hand and in the dishwasher. 

This model produces julienne strips 1.5mm thick.
