Description

This sandpaper is ideal for affixing to flat surfaces to sand timber, metal and paint. We find it particularly useful when used with our flat glass sheets as an economical flattening plate for treating water stones, or a coarse flat surface for readjusting plane soles.

It is also excellent on glass for flushing off joinery on tricky grain where a plane is difficult to use.

This abrasive can also be affixed to a curve for profile sanding.

Each packet contains one sheet measuring 285mm x 225mm.

Bought 120 grit. Stuck it to s flat worn out diamond plate. Worked a dream flattening the back of woodwork chisels. It's very sticky. Seems to last ages.

The product is great for using with glass plates to coarse sharpening. Also good for making sanding blocks.

Great quality, many uses

This adhesive backed sandpaper is so handy, when paired with the JTA glass plates it can be used to sharpen/lap tools, flatten waterstones, tune kanna dai soles and more.
Reasonably long lasting and not too expensive, I always like to keep a bunch of various grit sheets for whatever project I’m working on.

Excellent professional product

I cannot fault this excellent product. Although teh paper grades can be obtained elsewhere the adhesive backing on these quadruples their application - particulalrlly useful for fine work. I use these papers constantly making acoustic guitars.

Works as it should I'm using for final pass on steel and aluminium to get a uniform finish on machined parts and the paper clogs quite quickly but does the job. I can't find any other suppliers in aus of full a4 sheets to test so I'll keep using it

Have yet to use it but just from the feel and look of the sandpaper you can tell it is high quality. Will be great for flattening whetstones accompanied with the glass plate also supplied by JTA. Will definitely purchase more when my supplies run low.
