115mm Drafting Compass

Even millennia after its invention, the compass remains an indispensable tool for drawing perfect circles, dividing them, bisecting lines, and tackling countless other geometric tasks. If you plan and design by hand or frequently work with radiused curves, the compass is an absolute must-have for your toolkit. This particularly well-crafted example from Shinwa comes complete with an extension arm, significantly broadening the range of possible circle sizes you can achieve. With its standard pair of arms, the maximum usable radius is approximately 130mm. By attaching the extension arm, this extends to a generous 200mm, and can even be pushed to 250mm if both arms are angled to their maximums.
