30cm Flat Sashigane

This 30cm Flat Sashigane square is destined to become your go-to marking tool. With a 30cm long arm and a 15cm short arm, it's perfectly sized for most marking jobs while remaining wieldy at the workbench. This flat-bar style square sits flush on your workpiece or bench, feeling familiar to those accustomed to marking against a ruler or flat-bladed square, with no drawbacks for use with pencils, knives, or fine-tipped felt pens. Most importantly, its innovative design does away with traditional calculations by covering both sides of the square with millimetre markings. This makes it useful in both orientations for simple marking, a feature highly valued by customers in workshops and classes. For ease of reference, 5cm-increment numbers are picked out in red, and each blade is 15mm wide, allowing for easy measurement when using the inside of an arm as a measuring reference.
