This hammer is ideal for striking Japanese chisels, adjusting Japanese planes and assembly work. It can be used for striking harder materials without damaging the materials. The hammer is perfectly weighted with one end flat and the other end slightly convex.

Ordered on Saturday night arrived tuesday morning. Awsome service and jig is incredible. Very simple to use and quality results. Use dry hard wood only for best results.

Great hammer for adjusting Kanna

I have always thought that a hammer was just a hammer. I got the 225g and it has changed my mind, the balance and feel in hand it has is amazing. The neck of the hammer is thin, thus enables me to sight past it to where i am striking and allows me to choke up on the hammer for finer work. Quite a long handle that allows more moment when striking. My fingers on the recieving end thank me everytime i use this hammer.
