The versatile heart of the kitchen: the Sasuga Santoku. Meaning 'three virtues', ideal for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables, the Santoku is the perfect all-rounder for any home cook. 

The matt black finish on the Molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel blade improves harden ability, which helps the steel maintain hardness and strength even at high temperatures, and increases corrosion resistance. The blade is coated with silicon fluorine, giving it excellent resistance to rust and corrosion while maintaining a sharp edge, high strength, and ease of sharpening.

The name SASUGA (さすが) means "as expected" or "truly excellent." We put that excellence into every tool we make.
