This Bamboo Brush is perfect for gathering grated radish, garlic, ginger, wasabi, yuzu, and other grated condiments. After grating and gathering, you can easily squeeze out the ginger juice by pressing it with a brush.
Each brush is handcrafted from natural bamboo from the Kyushu region. The brush comes with a string that is convenient for hanging up to dry,
