andThis Oroshigane grater made in Japan from Tsuboe, is designed with a traditional shape that has been handed down since the Edo period.
These simple stainless steel graters are an excellent tool for grating wasabi, ginger, garlic, radishes, yams and more. The teeth are punched into the face without any holes being opened up in the grarer's body, meaning that all work occurs on the side you can see.
Easy to rinse and clean, this product is also dishwasher safe.
