Top of the range Secateurs !

The Japanese are renowned worldwide for their manufacture & use of blades in everything from their finely crafted cuisine to their finely crafted housing.
Having purchased disappointingly inferior Secateurs at Bunnings, I spent a modest amount more when purchasing my most recent pair of Secateurs from the Japanese Tools Team & purchased the BEST Secateurs a gardener could buy!! I highly recommend everyone who does ANY gardening at all - from trimming small potted plants to removing branches from small trees, purchase a pair of the Japanese crafted Secateurs from the Japanese Tools Team. Think of it as an investment for life!

Handmade Japanese Secateurs - 200mm

I bought these as a Xmas present (2025) for my wife. When she first used them, she said when unhooked but closed, they wouldn't open. I said what!!! Off I went to the garage & added some fine machine oil & slightly loosened the cutter blade's locking nut & voilà! Result = Brilliant. Best engineered/made secateurs we have ever used. Cuts plant stems & long leaves clean & effortlessly.

Nothing compares

These secateurs were gifted as a birthday present and a couple of days later he said "nothing compares, once you use one for the first time there is no way back".

Beautiful to look at and a pleasure to use. Very good quality and made to last.

Unrivaled Customer Service

I bought a pair of these a while back and used them constantly throughout the day in a professional capacity. I needed a tool that was high quality and would get through challenging jobs. Having gone through my fair share of secateurs I thought I'd make the jump to spend a bit more and I haven't regretted it. I have used these secateurs with another team prior and know how good they are, just by chance however I must've received a tad lesser quality one. After extensive used for 4/5 months my pair completely broke. I thought I must've received a dud and within an hour of writing, the team had sent me a new pair on the way and within the week I was back working with them. Extremely supportive customer service and service like that makes an impact, I'll be returning to buy more soon!

First and only pair of secateurs

Bought a set of these from the Melbourne flower and garden show for work and take usage.
Gave them a full day of dead heading rose bushes and some lifting of juvenile trees. still sharp at the end of the day with only a slight roll on the edge ( most likely due to trying to go through thicker woody branches)
Cleaned them up and gave it a quick hone to get rid of the roll and they are now as good as new.

Highly recommend and will be purchasing more Japanese tools.

Beautiful garden tool

These secateurs are so simple, so sharp, and an absolute pleasure to use. Because there are not a lot of moving parts, it’s really easy to clean and oil them (always mydownfall with previous secateurs). I wish my Dad could have seen them. He was an unconscious niwaki - without ever visiting Japan, or seeing how their gardens were made, he did so much the way they would have approved of.
