Ideal for flower arranging these kenzen are made from stainless steel with a lead bass, electroplated with a black finish.

Hard, rust-resistant stainless steel needle, the coating film is consistent, so there is no worry about uneven colouring or colour fading. It does not stand out even on black or dark-colored vessels, and creates a calm atmosphere and a sense of dignity.

    Recognized worldwide, Ishizaki-Kenzan was founded in 1964, is made by skilled craftsmen in the Tsubame-Sanjo area, famous for its traditional manufacturing. As each piece is made by hand, proving their high technical standards.

    Kenzan

    I am delighted with the black Kenzan for ikebana. It is beautifully made and the needles are sharp making for strong placement of materials. Unlike other brands, the needles are not sparse or easily bent, while the black allows the Kenzan to be less visible in the container/vase. Highly recommended!
