This Gyuto style knife is an excellent multi-purpose, large bladed knife that you can use for almost everything. Hand forged with a 8A Chromium Molybdenum blade (stainless steel), which is strong against rust, has high toughness and retains razor sharpness for a long time.

The comfortable western style handle is made from polished Mahogany Pakka wood handle and provides a firm grip but feels smooth in the hand. Known for its high durability and resistance to moisture the mahogany is complimented steel pins.

Iseya brand by Seto Cutlery has been cultivated in the 800-year historical blade capital of SEKI city, Japan. Made under Blacksmith Yoshinori Seto, they have been manufacturing for more than 100 years and so understand the intricacies of what makes a great knife is on experiential grounds.
