Ace Cut Metal File - Round

A longer round file for controlled stainless and brass filing.

These high performance round ACE Cut files by Tsubotake are intended for precise and paring filings, where Japanese precision instruments make a difference in the Workshop. It is particularly useful where the workpiece requires both curved-surface and circular hole filing, especially on larger metal and hard surfaces materials.

The round files come in either 150mm Rough or 200mm Semi-Fine.

These two options provide great versatility for surface correction, where ACE Cut’s high-hardness finished and sharpened teeth provide superior durability and more efficient engagement suited for deburring, surface treatment, and general correction where a conventional file may feel less responsive.
