One of the most satisfying things you can buy. Beautifully made and very precise in adjustment. Obviously for fine work I use them for model making and lutherie.
Think carefully about the sizes you need. Too long can be as awkward as too short.

I absolutely love this tool. It is very high quality, moves smoothly and is easy to use. Very useful to be able to repeatably and accurately set a dimension for marking out. I am always looking for an excuse to use it. I have this one and the 300mm version and both are great!

Decided to experiment with a new kanaban using grease based grinding paste - Chemico coarse and fine - to avoid rust.
Really interesting feel of the tool on the plate - the grease seems to suck the tool down onto the flat reference surface, avoiding the skating you can get on diamond stones. And of course a LOT cheaper than diamond plates.
Not having to apply pressure is a huge bonus.
Let’s see how this goes over time but initially impressed.

Wonderful light all purpose hammer. Beautifully balanced for accurate work. As a potter I have many varied uses for it ranging from working wood with a chisel to beating my copper teapot handles. A great companion for my Kozuchi hammer.

These shears are very sharp and give a smooth, clean cut. They are great for fine work where precision is required.

I purchased a it for thinning out bamboo. It gets into the smallest spaces. It's long reach makes it a great a all-round pruner. Very good for reducing bending. I wish I had seen it years ago. Great quality.

I bought a pair of these a while back and used them constantly throughout the day in a professional capacity. I needed a tool that was high quality and would get through challenging jobs. Having gone through my fair share of secateurs I thought I'd make the jump to spend a bit more and I haven't regretted it. I have used these secateurs with another team prior and know how good they are, just by chance however I must've received a tad lesser quality one. After extensive used for 4/5 months my pair completely broke. I thought I must've received a dud and within an hour of writing, the team had sent me a new pair on the way and within the week I was back working with them. Extremely supportive customer service and service like that makes an impact, I'll be returning to buy more soon!
