Burin is ideal as a wood engraving or copper engraving gouge, with it's special blade for engraving the plate surface.
It is also attracting attention in the eraser stamp area, and it is possible to carve unique lines to Burin that are thinner and sharper than triangular gouges.
Sharpening angle is approx 40 degrees.
The handle is a simple shape that anyone can easily hold.
