Prepping Food
Use as trays or bowls to separate chopped ingredients and improve cooking efficiency.
Nesting
Square and rectangular containers, trays, and bowls can be stacked and nested when they are the same shape. They save space and help keep your prep area tidy.
Heating
These containers can be used for boiling, steaming, warming, and baking in the oven (not compatible with induction cooktops).
- Remove seal lids before heating.
- The container (including handles) becomes extremely hot—use a cloth or mitt to avoid burns.
Pickling
The enamelware is resistant to acids and salts and does not easily affect flavor, making it ideal for pickling. Suitable for marinades, rice bran pickles, miso pickles, and more. Odors do not transfer easily.
Molding
Can be used as molds for jelly, agar, egg tofu, sesame tofu, cakes, pies, and more.
Freezing
Large batches of stews, curries, and broths can be portioned and frozen. Remove seal lids before reheating over low heat.
Refrigeration
Suitable for storing dried goods, prepared foods, homemade condiments, and leftovers.
The combination of the container body and enamel lid enhances storage and cooking functionality.
Because odors are not easily absorbed, a wide variety of foods can be stored.
There are three types of lids available, allowing you to choose the best option for your needs. Containers are stackable for efficient storage.
You can label contents and dates using a removable label or directly on the surface with a whiteboard marker.
General Use
These containers are convenient for everyday use, including storing condiments such as salt and sugar. They can be opened and closed with one hand and help keep your kitchen organized.
Dishwasher safe (note: alkaline detergents may reduce surface shine).
