Ace Cut Metal File - Flat

A longer flat file for controlled stainless and brass filing.

These high performance round ACE Cut files by Tsubotake are intended for precise and paring filings, where Japanese precision instruments make a difference in the Workshop. It is particularly useful where the workpiece requires both flat filing and external curve filing, especially on larger metal and hard surfaces materials.

The flat files come in 150mm Extra-Fine, 150mm Fine, 200mm Semi-Fine, or 200mm Rough.

These two options provide great versatility for surface correction, where ACE Cut’s high-hardness finished and sharpened teeth provide superior durability and more efficient engagement suited for deburring, surface treatment, and general correction where a conventional file may feel less responsive.
