Description

Designed for precision and control, these Japanese kiridashi carving knives are a versatile tool for woodworkers and carving enthusiasts. The leather-wrapped handle provides a comfortable, secure grip, helping to reduce hand fatigue and offering excellent control during extended carving sessions.

With its generous cutting capacity, the knife is particularly well suited to the initial rough-carving stage, allowing you to efficiently remove larger amounts of wood and quickly establish the basic shape of your workpiece. Once the rough form is established, it can also be used for more controlled cuts and shaping.

The blade is crafted in the traditional kiridashi style for right hand use, offering a simple, practical design that is well suited to a wide range of wood-carving applications.

Arrives with a simple plastic sheath for blade protection.
