Shina Plywood for Woodblock Print

$5.50

Description

Shina plywood is the preferred block carving material for mokuhanga artists. It takes crisp cuts and retains detail while still being easy to carve.

We do not recommend shina be sanded as it's dust can be irritating. However, when carved it is safe and enjoyable to use.

One block of ply can be used to make a postcard-sized print, and each side of the block can be carved.

Dimensions: 160mm x 110mm x 6mm
