The hole ranges from 25mm to 75mm with two options of the replaceable cutting tips: TCT TUNGSTEN CARBIDE TIPPED or HSS HIGH SPEED STEEL.

The cutter performed well but I found it did not give a complete cut. It left a small piece uncut which I had to sand by hand which was not what I expected going by the review I had read. Maybe I am doing something wrong by trying to cut my toy wheels in one operation.
