Tsuboe Oroshigane Grater

This Oroshigane grater made in Japan from Tsuboe, is designed with a traditional shape that has been handed down since the Edo period.

These simple graters are an excellent tool for grating wasabi, ginger, garlic, radishes, yams and more. The teeth are punched into the face without any holes being opened up in the grater body, meaning that all work occurs on the side you can see.

Easy to rinse and clean, simply hand wash with a soft sponge/brush.
