Introducing: Timbecon!

If you haven't yet come across Australia's premier supplier of woodworking machinery, welcome out from under your rock.

A brave few of Timbecon's team will be making the trip with a number of their most popular items. Of course, they can't bring their full range of machinery, but you'll be able to nibble their ears about the new Shaper Origin hand-held CNC, the full Melbourne Tool Company range of hand tools and more. Got a special request? Email the Timbecon team to see if they can accommodate you.

The Blackwood Baron Rides Again

Greg of Carving and Turning Timber Sales has become part of the beautifully figured furniture at our events.

Lobbing up with pallets' worth of gorgeously grained boards, turning blanks, more carving timber than you can poke a stick of white beech at, and slabs that we would happily die for, Greg's offerings are worthy of a half-day of timber-diving on their own.

He'll have some great show specials and more than a couple of pieces of stuff we have never seen before as well. Can't wait!

Tets Turns it Up

Geelong-based Tetsu Tools has the most extensive, comprehensive, high-quality and yet under-appreciated selection of vintage Japanese tools for sale outside of Japan.

Tets will be laying everything out for sale - and if you're a fan of Japanese tools, you'd be crazy to miss it.

Tets's range of vintage tools that he has painstakingly restored and sharpened is the perfect way to own an impeccable handmade tool with zero setup required.

On the other hand, if you're looking for a few hand-made tools and want to make your money go further, you can select a set that you'll need to re-finish and sharpen yourself. Tets has you covered on both sides of the coin.

The Best Abrasives Keep Getting Better

Our friends at Best Abrasives have been busy bees launching amazing new products and abrasives, and this is the perfect chance to get a taste of the world's best dust free sanding equipment.

Not only will you be able to try the new DEROS II, you'll also be able to see the powerful Deros RS 600 Rotary Sander in action and try out Mirka's incredible range of abrasives.

The BA team will also have some cheeky show specials as always to help you upgrade to a dust-free sanding experience.

Parking @ JTA

If you can nab a spot out front of the JTA Workshop, or along the side of the building, do it! Otherwise please try...

At the back of our building in front of Best Abrasives.

Next to our building out the front of Diff Technics on the grass (Please don't block driveway or access to the property)

Of course, all parks in Midjuburi Lane and Production Ave are fair game.

If you find yourself unable to find a park anywhere above, we suggest driving back out to Rocky Point Rd via Phillips Rd (only way to get there), turning right, and taking the first right off Rocky Point Rd onto Sunbeam Ave.

The bottom of Sunbeam Ave usually has parking, and there is pedestrian access from there to Midjuburi lane.
