Japanese quality!

Very happy with my steak knife. Well made, very pretty, very sharp! While not robustly built for edc use this knife excels at its intended use and I would quite happily use it to dress game and other light uses. Arrived promptly too. Great job Hikari and Japanese Tools Australia.
