I have just used my Okatsune hedge shears for the first time since purchasing them from JTA and found them absolutely perfect for pruning my English box hedges and Japanese box topiary spheres. These are my first true quality Japanese bladed tool, I have always wanted to own and use this sort of equipment! I couldn’t believe that the shears remained unmarked and razor sharp after pruning all my shrubs, they are so comfortable to use, so perfectly balanced! They have been wiped off, oiled and ready for the next prune in early spring, no sharpening required yet.
