These Bronze Hammers are ideal for striking Japanese chisels, adjusting Japanese planes and assembly work.
Made from unhardened steel hammer can be used for striking harder materials without damaging the materials. They are finished with a lovely Bronze outer later.
The hammer is perfectly weighted with one end flat and the other end slightly convex.

I work as a heavy diesel mechanic. This come in handy when I need to bash stuff without causing too much damage to sensitive parts. From hub seals to hand brakes. Hammers the fellas in the workshop always want to borrow.

Wonderful light all purpose hammer. Beautifully balanced for accurate work. As a potter I have many varied uses for it ranging from working wood with a chisel to beating my copper teapot handles. A great companion for my Kozuchi hammer.

Perfect weight for adjusting Kanna with light taps and won't damage steel as much as a steel hammer would. Comfortable handle and well weighted.

I have always thought that a hammer was just a hammer. I got the 225g and it has changed my mind, the balance and feel in hand it has is amazing. The neck of the hammer is thin, thus enables me to sight past it to where i am striking and allows me to choke up on the hammer for finer work. Quite a long handle that allows more moment when striking. My fingers on the recieving end thank me everytime i use this hammer.

I love this hammer. It's really a beautiful hammer for a start. And the size is perfect. And l can also use it for hammering those pesky wood wedges in my canvas frames too.

I didn't really need a new hammer, but this is beautiful, and that makes it more enjoyable to work with. The handle in not stained or oiled. I used some Rubio Monocoat oil and it came up a treat.

Used on a project recently, found it to be very accurate, easy to use and excellent value for a precision measuring and marking out tool. Worth every cent and it's stainless steel too ! It's now one of my favorite tools.
