Carvy 5 Piece Carving Set

The Carvy knife series is designed for use in Japanese schools as a simple introduction into the world of woodblock and lino carving. We think it translates perfectly for those getting started with carving.

Their laminated high carbon steel edges can be sharpened easily and take a great edge. We have a few simple tips for keeping these tools sharp here.

The five piece set includes;
9mm Flat Fingernail Gouge
9mm Skew Gouge
9mm U-Gouge
3mm U-Gouge
4.5mm V-Gouge
as well as a simple timber box to store and protect the set.
